Job Responsibility:
- Bid preparation and bidding document organization: Responsible for the preparation of engineering project bids and the organization of bidding documents, including typesetting, printing, binding, sealing, and submission, to ensure the timely completion of bidding documents.
- Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments: Communicate with the project leader and relevant department staff to handle issues during the bidding document production process.
- Follow up on project execution process: Responsible for following up on the project execution process, collecting and organizing relevant documents and files.
- Customer communication: Communicate with customers to confirm the delivery time of documents and materials in the contract, as well as payment and other matters.
- Data verification and report production: Responsible for verifying relevant data in the contract, producing data statistics reports, following up on accounts receivable, and regularly publishing payment information.
Qualifications for the position:
- Complete the bidding document preparation and bidding work: Responsible for completing the bidding document preparation and bidding work, ensuring that the bidding documents are submitted on time.
- Assist the bidding team in preparing, reviewing, and tracking the bidding documents after submission.
- Maintain corporate image: Establish good relationships with suppliers and maintain corporate image.

- Handling bid anomalies: Handling bid anomalies to ensure timely response and resolution.
