ROADWAY RESCUES LLC is currently seeking Bilingual Cold Callers to join our team. As a Bilingual Cold Caller, you will be responsible for initiating outbound sales calls to potential customers. You will engage with prospects, provide information about our products and services, and pitch the benefits of our telecommunications solutions. Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound sales calls to potential customers in both English and the specified language
- Engage with prospects and effectively communicate the benefits of our telecommunications solutions
- Identify and qualify sales leads through effective questioning and active listening
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all call interactions and customer details in the CRM system
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and achieve revenue goals
- Keep abreast of industry trends and competitors offerings to effectively position our services
Requirements
- Fluency in English and the specified language, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or sales is preferred
- Confident and persuasive communication skills with the ability to build rapport with potential customers
- Resilient and results-driven with the ability to handle rejection and objection
- Self-motivated and target-oriented with the ability to work independently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools
