Job Description
SUMMARY OF POSITION:
Make Bill of Material of all customers that belong to Delta Egypt, EM1, EM2.
Catalog all items PI/NPI.
Manage team work.
Catalog all Items, which belong to production and not belong to production.
Preparing & Issuing Costing Requests for all new styles for fabric & elastic consumption calculation (Remon for PVH styles).
Opening SMS / Fits / PPS samples lines & BOM.
Catalog all levels of production on M3. G-S-C. (Opening BOM).
Adding all items to the levels which they belong; fabric in G level, Sewing Accessories in S level & packaging in C level. (Complete BOM).
Updating all items (BOM) on M3 each season.
Issue BOM report for checking and approvals.
Create drawing measurement (for cutting process).
Opening assorts / kits once required based on the original BOM.
Updating HTS codes / full description / fabric composition (for shipping invoices).
Adding all SMVs & OBDs for all styles.
Opening PLMs for all styles on PLM for loading style file Docs by Technologist T
Opening & building Plan Entity (PE) for all customer s styles.
Opening imported fabric for all customers.
Desired Candidate Profile
Profile:
Proven experience as a Material Handler, Warehouse Associate or similar position
Familiarity with voice picking systems or RF devices is a plus
Experience in using warehouse equipment (e.g. forklifts, pallet jacks)
Strong communication skills
Dexterity and attention to detail
Organizational skills
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
License to operate forklifts
Availability to occasionally work overtime
