The Billing Officer with Insurance Experience is responsible for managing patient billing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of invoices, and coordinating with insurance department to facilitate prompt payments. This role requires a deep understanding of medical billing and insurance claim processes, along with excellent communication skills to resolve billing issues efficiently.
- Process patient and insurance payments and update records accordingly.
Reconcile daily billing and payment records.- Assist patients with billing inquiries and explain charges clearly.
Proven experience in medical billing, including handling insurance claims.

Extensive knowledge of EMR INSTA- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
Ability to navigate and understand insurance policies and procedures.
