Built Industrial We are looking for a talented and experienced BIM Architect to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in architectural design and construction, with a focus on building information modeling (BIM) for architectural and finishing works. As a BIM Architect, you will play a key role in the design, coordination, and execution of architectural projects, ensuring efficient integration of BIM processes across all project stages.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage Building Information Models (BIM) for architectural projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems within the BIM environment.
- Assist in the preparation of detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and visualizations.
- Ensure that all design and construction documentation is consistent with the BIM standards and project requirements.
- Collaborate with technical teams to identify and resolve design or coordination issues using BIM tools.
- Support the project team with BIM data management, model reviews, and clash detection processes.
- Provide technical support and guidance to junior BIM staff and project teams.
- Ensure that all BIM processes are in compliance with project schedules and budgets.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or architectural engineering.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the construction industry.
- At least 5 years of experience working in technical offices, specifically in architectural and finishing works.
- Proven experience in using BIM software (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, or similar).
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction processes.
- Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage project data.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage complex design and coordination tasks.
