We are seeking a skilled BIM Modeler specializing in Architectural & Landscaping to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Building Information Modeling (BIM) with experience in creating detailed architectural and landscaping models.
Develop and manage 3D BIM models for architectural and landscaping projects.- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure model accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
Utilize BIM software such as Autodesk Revit to create detailed models and visualizations.
- Coordinate with the design team to integrate landscaping elements seamlessly with architectural plans.
Assist in the preparation of project documentation and presentations.- Identify and resolve any issues related to BIM models during the design and construction phases.
Proven experience in BIM modeling with a focus on architectural and landscaping projects.- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software.
Strong understanding of architectural and landscaping design principles.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Good communication skills in English.
Transport and accommodation are provided by the company.- Candidates on freelance or visit visas are preferred.
