BIM Modeler - Electrical

Role Description

The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating and maintaining digital models of buildings and structures using Building Information Modeling (BIM), developing and maintaining construction drawings, collaborating with architects and engineers to ensure design accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring that all digital models comply with local standards and practices.

• Qualifications

Must have a minimum of six years of expertise in BIM Modeling

• Experience with Electrical and MEP systems

Experience creating and maintaining construction drawings and models

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Naviswork, and other relevant software

Knowledge of local standards and practices related to construction and BIM modeling

• Excellent communication and collaborative skills

* Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field is preferred

• Experience in the construction or engineering industry is a plus
