Job duties and responsibilities- Capable of maintaining and repairing the control systems of the BMS controlled HVAC systems throughout the location.
Carrying out routine checks for correct operation of all control equipment as directed by site management.- Upgrading HVAC control systems and equipment and modifying or renovating as required.
Renovate and replace equipment as required by troubleshooting to maintain equipments in optimal performance conditions.
- Capable of monitoring the HVAC control systems using the BMS to monitor performance.
- Job qualifications/requirements
2 2 ½ years of proven experience working as an BMS operator in any GCC country.
- Preferably a degree or professional qualification in mechanical engineering.
Proficient in carrying out safe working practices and building management systems.
