BMS Sales Engineer
Position Overview:
We are seeking two highly motivated and experienced BMS Sales Engineers to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for driving sales, building strong client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. They will work closely with our presales and execution teams to deliver comprehensive solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for BMS products and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
- Collaborate with the presales and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in BMS sales or a related industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of BMS products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle is preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with Honeywell BMS products.
- Additional certifications in sales or technical training related to BMS.
