BMS Service Technician

Requirement

• Knowledge in HVAC and BMS control system
• Perform BMS maintenance and corrective tasks
• BMS troubleshooting and rectification skills by using BMS tools
• Knowledge to identify the BMS signals
• Knowledge to monitor and control the BMS system through BMS graphics
• Service projects and Customer handling experience
• Familiar with HSE standards on service projects

Qualifications

• Trade certification on Electrical/HVAC or similar qualifications
• Ideally 4 5 years of relevant experience
• Knowledge in Honeywell BMS system (XL 50 and XL 500, Comfort point -CPIPC) & Alerton system)
