Bachelor's degree or equivalent in engineering, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
Relevant technical certifications or vocational training in BMS, HVAC, or building automation systems.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in BMS installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency in working with BMS software platforms such as Siemens Design, Honeywell Niagara, or Johnson Controls.
Strong technical aptitude with a comprehensive understanding of building automation principles and technologies.
Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, including building owners, facility managers, and service providers.
Certification in BMS systems (e.g., Certified Energy Manager, Building Automation System Technician) is desirable.
