Role:
As an Integrations & Operations Engineer/Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration
of eCommerce platforms, developing custom solutions, and working closely with clients to ensure successful implementations. You will support both technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring smooth operations across various systems, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys solving complex technical problems using a combination of eCommerce platforms and programming languages.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage eCommerce Integrations: Oversee and implement integrations with various eCommerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce and Salla KSA Specific, ensuring smooth communication between systems.
- Custom API Development: Develop and manage APIs to integrate with client systems, ensuring that all integrations meet technical and business requirements.
- Cross-Platform Solutions: Work on system integrations with payment gateways,logistics providers, and other eCommerce tools to provide a seamless user experience.
- Automation & Scripting: Write scripts and use automation tools to streamline operational processes and improve system efficiency.
- System Maintenance: Monitor system health and address any technical issues that arise, minimizing downtime and ensuring consistent performance.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with sales, development, and operations teams to ensure that all integrations align with the broader business strategy.
- Client-Facing Support: Assist account managers in explaining technical solutions to clients and support them during post-integration to ensure that any technical issues are quickly resolved.
- Technical Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation on integration processes, troubleshooting procedures, and system configurations.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in technical integration, with a focus on eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, Salla).
- API Knowledge: Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML; experience in integrating third-party services such as payment gateways or logistics providers.
- Programming Skills: Proficiency in languages such as Python, JavaScript, PHP, or Ruby, and experience using SQL for database management and reporting.
- eCommerce Expertise: Familiarity with eCommerce tools like Shopify, BigCommerce, Magento, WooCommerce, and Salla as well as integration with payment gateways.
- Technical Problem-Solving: Proven experience troubleshooting complex technical issues in eCommerce or SaaS environments.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, especially in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment where multiple projects are managed simultaneously.
- Collaboration & Communication: Ability to work closely with both technical and non-technical teams and explain technical concepts in layman's terms to clients.
