Lead, develop, and implement applying behavior analyst principles- Mentor, coach, train, and aid BCaBA and RBTs in providing high-quality care
Aid in the development of instructional materials
- Able to create treatment plans and recommendations-based ABC data, FBA, and on initial assessment observations (training available when needed).
* Writing a Behavior Intervention Plan based on modifying antecedents and consequences (templates and training available).
- Able to review and audit clinical notes.
