About the Company:

An independent and privately owned oil and gas company are looking to appoint an experienced Book Sales & Marketing Manager to work with the owner to develop strategic plans, sales operations and book publishing.

Job Tasks:

Develop and implement sales strategies to exceed targets for book sales.

Forming strong relationships with publishers, distributors, and other key stakeholders in the book industry.

Identify market trends, new opportunities, and customer preferences to refine sales tactics and product offerings.

Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.

Coordinating with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive book sales.

Managing distribution channels to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of products.

Profile/Qualifications:

5+ years in sales management, preferably within the book publishing or distribution industry.

Excellent English communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

Results-driven to achieve sales goals.

Adaptable and creativity.

Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar related field.
