Job Role Overview
Person in charge in the Branch for Finance ensure to deliver all finance and accounting tasks in the branch.
Your Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Check DCM daily and ensure 100% Sales Cash is banked, any exception to be brought to Head Office notice with reason
- Daily check Bank Statement and make sure all Customer Transfer/POS Transactions and cheques are credited to our bank account and then credit the customer account
- Maintain tracking for bank transfers to avoid duplicate bank transfer entries.
- Review Sales Manager's approved customer's PO to process the invoice or uploading COR for approval.
- Check with WH for items availability prior to processing orders
- Customer invoices to be reviewed for Excise Tax/VAT as well as Purchase Order availability
- Ensure orders to customers follow the Credit Policy and raise COR's for any exceptional order which exceeds Credit Terms
- Monitoring AR aging analysis on weekly & monthly basis
- Verify retail original invoices against AR on weekly basis randomly for all routes (At least 10 invoices per route). List of Missing Invoices to be shared with Sales Supervisor and Branch Manager and Head Office Finance
- All Expenses to be pre-approved by concerned department and Head Office Finance
- Expenses to be booked in appropriate GL code with project code and sub accounts
- Any anomalies/irregularities with any expense to be reported to Branch Manager/concerned Department in charge immediately escalation to HO Finance
- Check Warehouse stock monthly, report physical variances
- Check for ageing of stocks and any near expiry to be brought under notice of Branch
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree, accounting
Minimum Experience:
2-4 Years relevant work experience in Same Filed
