BRANCH FURNITURE MANAGER

Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Branch Manager at Art House Furniture located in Cairo. The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, managing a team of employees, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategies to increase sales and profitability. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for maintaining inventory levels, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.

- 8+ years of experience in retail management, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.

- Experience in furniture sales or related industry is a must.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing budgets successfully.

- Ability to lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve common goals.

- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Must have a good understanding of inventory management and financial analysis.

- Must be able to work independently and make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
