Job Description
Responsible for opening and closing the branch according to the specified working hours and the safety terms & conditions
Review the requests of the branch and the special requests sent to the factory
Meet with the members of his team to improve the level of service provided
Review the daily evaluation reports for each department in order to ensure compliance with the regulations and standards
Monitors the validity of the entry of items on the cashier with proper labels in order to tighten the control of the inputs and outputs of the branch
Continue the withdrawal of products and goods throughout the day to identify the needs of additional requests and follow-up stagnant items and report them
Responding to inquiries received on the phone from customer service
