Job Summary
We seek a highly motivated and organized Store Manager to oversee our store's operations. You will ensure a clean, safe, and efficient environment that provides exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Inventory Management:
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive inventory control system.
- Oversee ordering, receiving, stocking, and inventory rotation.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manage vendor relationships.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and implement cost-control strategies.
- Food Safety and Quality Control:
- Implement and enforce food safety protocols and sanitation procedures.
- Conduct regular temperature checks and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Train staff in food safety practices and conduct regular inspections.
- Equipment Maintenance:
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules.
- Conduct routine cleaning and maintenance tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions.
- Operational Efficiency:
- Analyze store operations to identify improvement areas.
- Develop and implement procedures to streamline tasks and optimize workflow.
- Train staff on efficient practices and monitor labor costs.
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Track sales data, inventory levels, and labor costs.
- Utilize data analysis to inform operational decisions and identify cost-control opportunities.
- Team Leadership and Customer Service:
- Lead and coach a team to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Motivate and develop team members through effective performance management.
- Identify and respond to execution gaps in customer experience.
- Plan and organize special events, catering, or delivery sales.
- Store Management:
- Deliver on sales and profit goals while maintaining food and labor cost targets.
- Coordinate with suppliers and manage inventory levels.
- Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures, health and safety regulations, and security guidelines.
- Maintain store appearance and atmosphere.
- Handle administrative tasks such as vendor invoices and reporting.
- Qualifications:
- Food Service Experience: Certified Food Safety Manager (CFSM) or equivalent certification.
- 10:15 Years Experience in retail management, including sales forecasting, budgeting, and merchandising.
- Understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, cost control, and profit and loss statements.
- Familiarity with local health and safety regulations.
- Basic Computer Skills.
