Job Description:We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Branch Manager to oversee the operations of our flower shops.
Fluency in Arabic is essential for this role. The ideal candidate will have a passion for flowers and a proven track record in managing retail stores.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations of multiple flower shop branches
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Supervise and support shop staff
- Monitor inventory and manage stock levels
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints
- Maintain shop appearance and product presentation
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in flower shops or a related field
