Overview:
3Mplast, a leading provider in the plastics industry, is seeking an experienced and dynamic
Branch Manager to join our team in Lebanon. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a
proven track record in retail management, exceptional leadership skills, and a customer-centric mindset.
This role is crucial in driving our branch's success, ensuring operational excellence, and fostering a
positive environment for both employees and customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning and Implementation:
- Assist the Retail Operations Manager in developing and executing strategies to attract
and retain customers, enhancing the overall shopping experience.
- Implement marketing and promotional campaigns to boost branch visibility and sales.
Customer Service Operations:
- Oversee daily customer service operations, ensuring smooth sales processes, accurate
order handling, and efficient payment processing.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.
Performance Tracking:
- Monitor the achievement of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and
objectives.
- Analyze performance metrics and generate detailed reports to inform strategic
decisions.
Inventory Management:
- Maintain optimal inventory levels to meet customer demands without overstocking.
- Conduct regular inventory audits to ensure accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
Employee Performance and Development:
- Evaluate staff performance, provide constructive feedback, and identify training and
development needs.
- Lead recruitment efforts, ensuring the branch is staffed with qualified and motivated
individuals.
Team Leadership and Motivation:
- Supervise, mentor, and inspire the team to achieve their best performance.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages team spirit and
high morale.
Client Relations:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and
providing tailored solutions.
- Act as a liaison between the branch and its customers, ensuring excellent service
delivery.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Collect, analyze, and interpret retail data to identify trends, challenges, and
opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for senior management, offering insights and
recommendations.
Store Audits and Compliance:
- Conduct regular audits to ensure the store meets operational standards and is well-
presented.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Company Representation:
- Uphold the company's values and represent the branch in a professional manner.
- Set a positive example for staff, demonstrating commitment, integrity, and a customer-
first attitude.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Branch Manager or similar role in the retail industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with a proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
- Proficiency in retail management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
