We are looking for the Brand Chef!
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a Brand Chef at CU CU Gourmet. The Brand Chef will be responsible for managing the culinary operations of the brand, developing and implementing menu concepts, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and training and leading the kitchen team. The Brand Chef will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to create innovative culinary strategies and concepts, and contribute to the development of the brand's overall culinary vision.
Qualifications
- Extensive experience as a Chef or Sous Chef in a high-volume restaurant for 2-3 years
- Proven expertise in culinary arts, menu development, and food presentation
- Strong knowledge of international cuisines and culinary trends
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Creativity and passion for culinary innovation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Food safety and hygiene certification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Culinary Arts or a related field
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High level of discipline, responsibility and self-organization
- Understanding the concept of nutrition is an important priority!
- Knowledge of English is a plus
Tasks:
- Development and implementation of the menu in full cycle, as well as participation in the development of seasonal updates.
- Quality control and compliance with the approved menu. (Interaction is being discussed)
- Participation in the development of technology and processes together with the local chef at the launch stage.
- Team training
- Participation in the selection of suppliers and product quality standards.
- Participation in filming and interviews.
