Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand Communication Agent located in Cairo, Egypt. As a Brand Communication Agent at Flowrista, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic communication plans to enhance the brand's image and reputation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective brand messaging across various channels and touchpoints. Your role will involve crafting engaging content, managing social media platforms, coordinating marketing campaigns, and analyzing brand performance.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with suppliers monthly.
- Build and maintain relationships with new and repeat suppliers.
- Their excellent social skills allow them to foster strong relationships, to which they can attribute much of their success.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and/or suppliers accounts and analysis
- Educate suppliers on how products or services can benefit them financially and professionally.
- Monitor the company's industry competitors, new products, and market conditions to understand a customer's specific needs
- Work closely with marketing department to help build the brand and generate sales .
- Growing up with current portfolio and gifts on monthly basis , based on each occasion or trend .
- Determining pricing strategies for products or services based on competitors offerings and market conditions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in brand communications or a similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in social media management and marketing tools
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Organizational and project management skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
