Food People have partnered with an international FMCG company looking to hire a Brand Manager to join the team. The Brand Manager will be responsible for assisting in developing the brand strategy for the company, overseeing branding, communication channels, product development, online and offline promotions, and market research.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing brand strategies to enhance brand awareness and market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns and promotions.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences, a good understanding of how to deal with data, and how to translate it.
- Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics.
- Support in managing relationships with key stakeholders including suppliers, distributors, and internal teams.
Key Ingredients:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Arabic speaking is a must.
- Ability to think creatively and strategically.
- Prior experience in brand management or marketing with leading brands is a requirement.
