Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Broker at Gaia Living Real Estate. As a Real Estate Broker, you will be responsible for various day-to-day tasks, including conducting property showings, negotiating contracts, managing client relationships, and staying up-to-date with the real estate market in Dubai. This role requires strong customer service and sales skills, as well as expertise in the real property market.

Qualifications

• Brokerage and Real Estate sales skills
• Strong customer service skills
• Knowledge of real property market trends
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships
• Sales experience in the real estate industry
• Proven track record of successful property negotiations
• Proficiency in relevant real estate software and tools
• Fluency in English and Russian is preferred
