Job Summary:
Budgeting Supervisor oversees and facilitates review of expenditures and the preparation of operating budgets for projects and business units. Manages the collection and analysis of data needed to develop the preliminary budget projections for revenues and expenditures in preparation of the final budgets. Being a Budgeting Supervisor ensures the tracking and reporting of spending, revenue, and exceptions to budgetary limits are performed accurately and on schedule. Adheres to documentation requirements for audit and internal controls.

Budgeting supervisor
- Design effective budget models for departments and the entire company
- Forecast future budget needs
- Review of expenditures and the preparation of operating budgets for projects and business units
- Ensure department managers meet budget submission deadlines
- Co-ordinate with Projects cost controller / Project manager / Director
- Prepare the detailed planning of the project's budget and tasks and expenditure types
- Continuous monitoring of actual costs.
- Forecasting future expenditures.
- Performing the month end close closing activity and checklist.
- Closely cooperate with operation team
- Participate in the Simplification (standardized the process)
Self-Management
- Define performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensure that the goals are monitored and achieved during the course of the year
- Take ownership of your own learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the reporting manager and working towards bridging the gaps through various means which go beyond just training
- Understand the competencies relevant to the role, and work towards displaying as well as developing these effectively
- Keep abreast of relevant professional developments, new techniques, and current issues through continued education and professional networks
- Handle any additional tasks as per business needs

Required Academic Qualification
Bachelor
Engineering, Construction Management, costing knowledge
- Years of Experience
- 8+ years of relevant experience in construction projects cost control
- PMP Certificate preferrable. CMA or any financial certificates
