About the Role

A Bulk Transport Supervisor is responsible for administering day to day fleet operations of the drivers and assets, undertaking various administrative tasks led by management instructions and will manage the carriers contracts ensuring the transportation of goods is completed accurately and in a timely manner ensuring customer satisfaction.
The Bulk Transport Supervisor's mission is to monitor drivers working hours and journey management through GPS tracking and reporting any violation according to Air Liquide's road safety policy and local road regulations.

The key responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Monitor and control supplies and equipment.
• Participate in the development of goals and objectives.
• Monitor the key performance indicators.
• Understand and comply with all policies, procedures and relevant legislation.
• Responsible Drivers training and qualifications records
• Understand Health, Safety, and Wellness policies

About You

• Bachelor Degree, Engineering.
• Fluent English language.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of logistics, route planning, tracking, and systems along with a strong background in employee relations and team management.
• Good Verbal and written communication skills.
• Fleet management knowledge.
• Road safety knowledge.
• Contract negotiations.
• Analytical thinking.
• ERP Systems.
