Responsibilities:
1. Client Prospecting: Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels including cold calling, networking events, social media, and industry partnerships.
2. Lead Generation: Develop strategies to generate new leads and opportunities for the agency. This involves researching and targeting specific industries or markets that align with the agency's services.
3. Client Meetings and Presentations: Arrange and conduct meetings with potential clients to understand their digital marketing needs and present the agency's services effectively.
4. Proposal Creation: Prepare proposals and presentations tailored to the client's requirements and objectives, showcasing the agency's capabilities and value proposition.
5. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms of engagement, pricing, and contracts with clients, aiming to secure long-term partnerships and projects.
6. Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and ensuring client satisfaction with the agency's services.
7. Market Research and Insights: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
8. Collaboration with Marketing Teams: Work closely with internal marketing teams to develop marketing materials, campaigns, and strategies that support business development efforts.
9. Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze key performance metrics related to client acquisition and business development activities, providing regular reports to management.
10. Continuous Learning and Improvement: Keep abreast of advancements in digital marketing technologies and techniques, applying insights to refine client acquisition strategies.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition roles within the digital marketing or advertising industry.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and strategies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build rapport and maintain relationships with clients.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive and results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
