Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented
Business Administrator (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role you will perform various administrative, clerical, data collection, data entry, and report writing tasks specific to assigned project or work group.
What You'll Be Doing
- May be responsible for obtaining data necessary for completion of the group's overhead budget and associated recurring reports.
- Handling basic office tasks, such as filing, delivering mail, answering emails and phone calls, data entry and scans documents for electronic storage, etc.
- Coordinating schedules and managing calendars for multiple parties to ensure that activities are properly arranged with no conflicts.
- Making travel arrangements and preparing documents, presentation materials, and facilities for meetings.
- Entering and updating company, employee, and client records.
- Ordering, storing and distributing office supplies.
- Maintaining, repairing, or replacing office equipment.
- Directing, reviewing, and optimizing office operations to increase accuracy, productivity, and efficiency and reduce costs.
- Receives, tracks, and monitors documents using standard document management programs to register documents, maintain databases, and produces logs, transmittals, and other reports as required.
- Enters data and produces reports using other standard office automation or department-specific computer applications.
- Maintains an established data distribution system and schedule for the assigned project based upon client, project, department, and supplier requirements.
- Expedites review, signature approval, and release of supplier and internally produced documents.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
What Required Skills You'll Bring
- Diploma in business administration or a relevant field is required.
- 1+ years of experience in administrative services or related fields.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Familiarity with office technology and equipment, including computers, fax machines, scanners, printers, phone systems, etc.
