Business Analysis & program management (60%)
- Track Device Activation performance and M365 KPI on a weekly basis and share insights
- Manage programs and offers in collaboration with sales and business operations
- Update program and offer trackers and utilization. Analyse trends and manage escalations
- Manage Windows and M365 team rhythm of business: Team meetings, Fusion calls, insights meetings, readiness and collaboration with EMEA Rhythm
- Manage all team performance trackers and any EMEA trackers
- Manage 3P data and engagement such as GFK and IDC. Provide updates and insights to CSO team
- Tools management & admin as reqd.
Partner with MEA CSO Channel Marketing Team to track and measure impact (40%)
- Work with channel marketing team to track Marketing investments and their impact and suggest ways to increase ROI
- Collaborate with Field Labor team to understand insights, track data, readiness plan and provide category feedback
- Track in-store and online execution for Windows Device and M365 categories. Provide recommendations as required
- Track product pricing and offers and compare vs competition
3-5 years experience in Category, Marketing or Sales preferably in consumer electronics or consumables industry.
