We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to support the Category and Program initiatives in Amazon Fresh.
Key job responsibilities
The right person for this role will have experience working with ambiguous data sets, with the ability to create scalable, automated, and actionable reporting to influence data-driven decisions.
As a Business Analyst, you will work with our Key Initiatives team in MENA & Partnering stakeholders to drive Business, Operational and Performance marketing reporting. Your responsibilities will include:
. Provide customer insights as new initiatives are being identified, prioritized, implemented and deployed
. Manage and execute entire components of large projects from start to finish including data gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations
. Identify the root cause through deep analysis of data to reach a point where actionable solutions can be designed.
. Report (at regular cadence) business/OPs/Marketing key metrics.
. Track, measure and report various ongoing programs metrics
. Devise mechanisms for control, performance monitoring, and reporting to internal stakeholders.
. Assist in investigating and drafting cost / benefit analysis and business requirements showcasing potential solutions for business initiatives
Basic Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
- 3+ years of professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position
- Advanced working knowledge of data mining using SQL, ETL, data warehouse as well as Excel
