Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst at Code Design in Riyadh. The Business Analyst will be responsible for performing day-to-day tasks related to business analysis. This includes gathering and analyzing business requirements, conducting thorough business process analysis, and effectively communicating findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
Job Requirements (critical for the role).
- Resides in or willing to relocate to Riyadh (preferably northern region).
- Can Understand, Write & Speak both In Arabic & English Language.
- Can Start Immediately or within 3 weeks or acceptance offer.

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include familiarity with agile methodologies, experience with project management software, and knowledge of the industry in which the company operates.
Required Qualifications
- Change Request Management Process: Managing all activities related to gathering detailed requirements for projects or change requests within SAP technical systems and other non-SAP technologies.
- Studying and reviewing all requests and change requests to verify their accuracy and alignment with the organization's operations, measuring their importance criteria based on the organization's activities, preparing current status and the expected added value (benefits) of these requests, and measuring their impact after development.
- Implementation and delivery of processes related to the collection, analysis, design, and documentation of user requirements, delivering all documents according to the methodologies applied by the organization, accurately and timely to meet the requirements of the department and the team.
- Planning business and tasks for business analysis, defining responsibilities, assessing any risks or issues related to the requirements during the workflow, and escalating them if necessary.
- Applying best practices and ensuring the best methodologies are applied for business analysis.
- Monitoring the workflow of gathering requirements and documents with users or relevant parties effectively and clearly for the final approvals on business analysis documents. Using the best tools and aids in business analysis to gain a clear understanding of the requirements and outputs.
- Reporting progress or updates in business analysis work to concerned parties and updating them in any relevant system.
- Assisting and supporting the business analysis team in overcoming challenges and carrying out assigned tasks.
- Collaborating with relevant teams to achieve effective and high-quality outputs.
- Providing support, guidance, and training for business analysts.
- Provide support, guidance, and training for business analysts.
- Conduct reviews on business analysis documents and outputs.
- Perform analysis, audit, and verification of change requests and business-related projects.
- Ensure that the required and proposed requirements for implementation align with the organization's systems.
- Ensure and adhere to performance metrics to achieve high efficiency and ensure maximum performance.
- Proficiency in handling business procedures and engineering them, including Business Process Modeling, Use Case, scenario requirements, Wireframes, and Prototyping.
- Proficiency in using business analysis tools such as, but not limited to, Visio.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or any related field.
- Employees must have no less than 7 years of experience in the referred field.
- There should be no less than [number missing in the original text] employees in the service.
- Professional certifications in business analysis, for example, CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) plus additional qualifications.
