Ensuring optimal trade rewards and competitive positioning with timely payments to ensure channel sustainability are crucial aspects of your responsibilities.
- Sales Strategy & Performance
Sales Policy & Governance Requirements:
Hold a bachelors degree in a related field.
- Possess 7-10 years of professional experience in the Electrical and Home Appliances and/or FMCG/Telco industries, with at least 3 years in a sales or data management role.
Proficient in data management, market insights, analytics, and advanced computer skills.- Strong numeric sensitivity to interpret data for actionable insights to drive sales.
Excellent people management skills with a proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage high-performing sales teams.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities across all levels.
Advanced research and analytical skills, including sales analysis, forecasting, and sales finance, demonstrating strong business acumen.- Proficiency in office productivity tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and other analytics software.
Experience:- Home Appliances: 7 years (Preferred)
FMGC: 7 years (Preferred)
- Electronics: 7 years (Preferred)
