Job Title: Business Analyst - INSIS

Duration: 15+ Months

Location: Abu Dhabi

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum 5-7 year experience working as a Business Analyst in the insurance domain.

In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with the INSIS application is mandatory.

Expertise in medical and Life LOB is required

Proficient in analyzing complex business requirements and translating them into technical specifications.

Strong understanding of insurance processes, products, and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks concurrently, prioritizing effectively.

Analytical mind set with problem-solving skills to address complex business challenges.

Relevant certifications in business analysis or insurance domains are a plus.
