We are seeking a Business Analyst to play a vital role in supporting our sales team across Europe and the USA. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of sales data, analyzing sales targets, providing support to our communicators as needed, and offering data-driven recommendations to enhance our sales strategies,
Responsibilities
- Monitor sales team targets and KPIs.
- Assist sales team in preparing lists of prospects to be contacted on a weekly basis.
- Review and update the sales teams project pipelines.
- Follow projects closely and provide strategic recommendations to help sales teams close projects.
- Provide analytical data for workshop preparation.
- Analyze data pertaining to sales performance and targets, using data analysis tools.
- Generate reports as needed, summarizing key insights, trends, and performance metrics.
- Ensure that all sales team activities are logged on the CRM in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, data analytics, or a related field
- 0 2 years of experience
- Experience in business and data analysis is a plus
- Experience in sales support, customer service, or a related role is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus
