Business Analyst

Responsibilities:

Act as the bridge between business and technical teams.

Engage with clients and stakeholders to collect requirements through intervlews, workshops, and surveys

Document functional and non-functional requirements with clarity

Translate complex needs into understandable requirements.

Prioritize and analyze requirements based on business value and feasibility.

Identify areas for improvement and conduct feasibility studies

Work with technical teams to ensure alignment with design and architecture.

Create and update BRDs, including use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science

Information Systems, or related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Proven experience as a Business Analyst in IT or software development.

Experience working with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

Experience in documentation(BRDs.use cases, etc.)

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Be fluent in English, both in speaking and writing

Track requirements to ensure consistency and clarity.

Address issues during requirements gathering and implementation.
