Job Description
Business Analysts are responsible for bridging the gap between IT and the business using data analytics to assess processes, determine requirements, and deliver data-driven recommendations and reports to executives and stakeholders. Day-to-Day Duties:
Gathering and analyzing business requirements
Identifying and documenting business processes and workflows
Conducting market analysis and competitive research
Facilitating meetings and workshops to elicit and document requirements
Creating detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the business
Defining business requirements and reporting them back to stakeholders
Developing and executing test plans to ensure business requirements are met
Collaborating with IT and development teams to implement technology solutions

Education and Experience:
Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field
Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) preferred
At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field
