Job Description
- Define configuration specifications and business analysis requirements
- Perform quality assurance
- Define reporting and alerting requirements
- Own and develop relationship with partners, working with them to optimize and enhance our integration
- Help design, document and maintain system processes
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to product team
- Communicate key insights and findings to product team
- Constantly be on the lookout for ways to improve monitoring, discover issues and deliver better value to the customer

- Good Newgen product knowledge
- Should be able to create user activity and requirement documents
- Should be able to understand and record user requirements
- Map user requirement with product features
- Help technical team in designing the solution
- Show demo/prototypes to users
- During user testing, should be able to guide users, clarify doubts,
segregate change requirement and actual bugs.
- Lead issue triaging meetings along with tech leads
- Manage user expectation
- Knowledge of XLS, PPT and wireframing tools
- Good communication skills
- Should have knowledge to design configurable processes
