Currently, we are on the lookout for a Business Analyst as an outsourcing opportunity who can perform at the top of their game to join us and contribute to our success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Requirements Gathering:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their business needs and objectives.
- Elicit, document, and manage business requirements, ensuring clarity and completeness.
- Analysis and Documentation:
- Analyze current business processes and workflows to identify areas for improvement.
- Create detailed business analysis documentation, including use cases, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Solution Design:
- Work with technical teams to design solutions that align with business requirements.
- Assist in defining project scope and objectives, and ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Project Management:
- Support project planning and execution, including timeline development, resource allocation, and risk management.
- Track project progress and report on key performance indicators.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring effective communication and understanding.
- Facilitate meetings, workshops, and presentations to gather input and feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- 4+ years of experience in a business analyst role or similar capacity.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and strategically.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., BPMN, UML, Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) is a plus.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are advantageous
