Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with extensive experience in selling custom IT services in Saudi Arabia and Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in understanding customer contexts, defining business needs, and translating them into viable IT solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker who is capable of bridging the gap between client needs and our service offerings to support sales efforts and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Engagement:
- Lead pre-sales activities by engaging with prospective clients to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Conduct detailed needs assessments, stakeholder interviews, and workshops to gather and document client requirements.
- Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the sales cycle.
- Solution Design & Proposal Development:
- Collaborate with the sales and technical teams to define and craft tailored IT service solutions that address specific customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that articulate the value of our offerings.
- Create detailed business requirement documents (BRD), scope of work (SOW), and other sales collateral.
- Market Knowledge & Industry Insights:
- Leverage deep understanding of the Saudi and Dubai markets, including industry trends, regulatory requirements, and competitive landscape.
- Provide strategic input on market-specific customer pain points and requirements to help refine our service offerings.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and best practices in custom IT services.
- Sales Support & Collaboration:
- Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, develop sales strategies, and manage the sales pipeline.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all pre-sales inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses.
- Coordinate with internal teams (technical, delivery, and operations) to ensure alignment on proposed solutions and project feasibility.
Key Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a Pre-Sales / Business Analyst role, specifically within the custom IT services industry.
- Proven track record in successfully supporting sales efforts in Saudi Arabia and Dubai markets.
- Arabic speaker with excellent command of English.
- Strong understanding of IT services, including but not limited to digital transformation, application development, integration services, and cloud solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze business needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
