Job Role:
As a Business Architect at Al Mansour Automotive, you will be at the forefront of driving digital transformation initiatives, focusing on the integration and optimization of IT systems across our business operations. This role requires a strategic thinker with a robust background in business architecture and systems implementation.
The Business Architect role is in crossroads between a business solution analyst, product owner, and value stream consultant roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and refine business architecture strategies that align with Al Mansour's overall business goals and digital transformation agenda. Work closely with IT and business stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of SAP and non-SAP solutions into business processes.
- Utilize advanced modeling techniques to map out processes and create frameworks that support both current needs and future growth. Focus on enhancing operational efficiencies and optimizing resource allocation.
- Co-lead the gathering, analysis, and prioritization of business and system requirements to ensure that SAP transformation program will meet functional and strategic needs.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and communicate findings and suggestions clearly.
- Act as a key liaison between business units, IT teams, and external vendors. Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and ensure that project objectives are clearly understood and met.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve business processes and system functionalities through the use of current and future IT solutions. Advocate for best practices and foster an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
- Evaluation of the entire value stream in organizational processes. This involves looking at the efficiency and effectiveness of processes from start to finish, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending solutions to enhance value delivery.
- In the capacity similar to a Product Owner, the Business Architect prioritizes and manages requirements, ensuring that developments or changes in business processes meet stakeholder expectations and deliver value. This aspect of the role requires a strong focus on end-user needs and iterative delivery of business solutions.
- Co-develop complex process models with business owners and use them to drive process improvement initiatives.
- Analyze and optimize the flow of information and materials through value stream mapping to identify waste and improve efficiency.
- Provide guidance & mentorship to junior business analysts.
Job Requirements
- Extensive experience in business architecture, with minimum5 Years of Experience.
- Process Modeling & Process Engineering experience is a must.
- Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as selected candidate must be able articulate complex information clearly and collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization. This includes the ability to translate business needs into actionable plans and foster a shared understanding among diverse groups.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- The ability to develop a business architecture strategy that aligns with organizational goals is crucial. This involves understanding various business scenarios and applying a structured methodology to capture critical views of the enterprise.
- TOGAF Business Architecture Foundation Certification is a big plus
- Any of the well known Business Analysis certifications is a plus ( CBAP / CCBA / ECBA / IIBA-AAC / PMI-PBA / CAP / BAC) *
- SAP or other ERP Experience is a plus.
- Value Stream Mapping Experience
- Design Thinking is a plus.
- Automotive Experience is a plus.
