Job Description
Manage the branch's existing SME portfolio & handling walk-in customers focusing on relationship-based services, up-selling of liabilities, selling of parameterized asset's products, & cross selling other bank products.
Responsibilities
- Assume complete ownership of customer relationship management for the assigned portfolio of SME accounts ensuring superior customer service.
- Improve share of wallet & target to be primary bank for each of the relationships in the assigned portfolio. Enhance relationship revenue from existing portfolio of borrowing & non borrowing accounts by cross-selling complete range of banking products.
- Achieve targeted branch SME sales numbers maintaining acceptable portfolio quality.
- Control daily activity i.e. SME customer handling in branches, meetings, closures, SME references, acquisition reports of daily sales.
- Follow-up and monitor assigned relationships to ensure satisfactory account conduct and early rectification of various credit related issues.
Qualifications
- Banking sales & service experience with proven relationship management qualities.
- 2-4 years plus relevant experience in local or international mrk.
- MBA or if a regular graduate, adequate market experience.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethics, good team player, excellent communication and negotiation skills.
