Business Developer - Full-Time
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- +2 years of demonstrated success in a business development, consulting organization, or sales, or account management role within a technology or services sector.
- Government projects experience of +2 years or more.
- Proven track record of identifying, securing, and managing high-value client accounts and strategic partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively engage with C-suite executives and decision-makers.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Proficient in using CRM software, sales enablement tools, and data analytics platforms.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing business needs.
- Passion for driving growth, a competitive spirit, and a commitment to exceeding revenue targets.

- Analytical skills, ability to understand complex issues and communicate them effectively, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to persuade and influence, including influencing senior people internally and externally.
