Are you ready to take the next challenge and be a Business Development Administrator for a leading Events and Exhibitions Agency

Spiro, part of the GES collective, are currently recruiting for Business Development Administrator to join our KSA team. Through relationship building and excellent communication skills, particularly on the telephone, you will support the Business Development Associate in day-to-day activity. Your role is to help with customer service and administration tasks such as preparing proposals, airfare requests, looking after the vendor management system, and making telephone calls. You will also support the team in gathering important information from potential clients.

What will you do

You Will

  • Ensure contracts are raised, authorised, and stored correctly
  • Ensuring sales invoices are raised in accordance with contracts and recorded in future forecasting/budgets
  • Oversee all project ID's raising and managing
  • Assist Account Managers and Project Managers with Material Requisition and LPO raising
  • In-charge of the Click travel system
  • Assist the Business development team with the Cold calling
  • Update marketing collateral (presentations & guides) that support the sales effort.
  • Track and report Invoices to and from suppliers
  • Track and report Invoices to and from Clients
  • Ensure all corporate vendor portals are up to date
  • Third party vendor management
  • General administration and salesforce entries
  • Actively engage in continuous improvement ensuring suggestions and opportunities are highlighted to your line manager.
  • Demonstrate commitment to the core values of the company.
  • Ensure that all CRM systems and reporting information is kept up to date

What You'll Need

You will be a passionate team player with a confident, enthusiastic, go-getting personality. You will have 2+ years experience in sales administration or general administration role. You will have the ability to build relationships with the view to see the sale process through to close as well as being well organised and be able to work independently on your own initiative, as this role involves a great deal of organization in diarizing call backs and email follow ups, liaising with different parties and working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment.
