Job Description

We are a leading organization specializing in innovative SaaS solutions. We're seeking a talented Business Development Administrator to join our dynamic team and drive our proposal development process.

Position Overview

As a Business Development Administrator, you will be responsible for creating compelling technical and financial proposals for our SaaS products. This role combines business development expertise with design skills to produce high-impact proposal materials that effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop comprehensive technical and financial proposals for enterprise SaaS solutions

- Collaborate with the BD team to understand client requirements and craft tailored solutions

- Design visually appealing proposal documents that effectively communicate our offerings

- Create and maintain proposal templates and standardized content libraries

- Analyze RFPs and tender documents to ensure proposal alignment with requirements

- Coordinate with technical teams to accurately represent product capabilities

- Track proposal success rates and implement improvements based on feedback

- Manage multiple proposal deadlines simultaneously

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

- 3+ years of experience in business development or proposal writing, preferably in the SaaS industry

- Proven track record of creating successful technical and financial proposals

- Strong design skills with proficiency in tools like Adobe Creative Suite or similar

- Excellence in Microsoft Office Suite, especially PowerPoint and Excel

- Strong understanding of SaaS business models and pricing structures

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

- Arabic language proficiency is a plus

Technical Skills

- Proposal development software

- Design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar)

- Microsoft Office Suite

- CRM systems

- Project management tools

- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines

- Creative mindset with excellent visual design sense
