Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the pest control sector.
Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and markets.- Create and implement strategies to penetrate new market segments and acquire new clients.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Monitor sales performance, analyse trends, and adjust strategies as needed to maximize sales and profitability.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, concerns, and escalations.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive communication and service excellence.
- Develop and execute marketing plans to promote pest control services and enhance brand visibility.
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure efficient service delivery and adherence to quality standards.- Implement process improvements to streamline operations and enhance service efficiency.
Monitor service quality and customer feedback to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales and business development team.
Set clear performance expectations and provide ongoing feedback and coaching.- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health, and safety standards related to pest control services.
Monitor regulatory changes and update policies and procedures accordingly
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum 3 Years of experience in business development, sales, or commercial management within the pest control industry.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with a proactive and problem-solving attitude.
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
