Our client, a leading e-commerce platform offering a vast range of products including fashion, electronics, beauty, home goods and groceries, is hiring for a Business Professional to work closely with potential local sellers in the region.
The successful candidate will develop and manage relationships with sellers and drive business development initiatives.
The Role
- Research and identify new business opportunities including finding new sellers, product expansions and strategic partnerships.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business development plant that aligns with the company's overall goals.
- Establish, nurture and maintain strategic partnerships with brands, vendors and suppliers to ensure product variety and competitive pricing.
- Conduct regular market and competitor analysis to anticipate trends, gauge customer needs and adjust business development strategies.
- Work closely with internal marketing, operations and product teams to develop and roll out initiatives.
- Create accurate sales forecasts and monitor business development metrics.
To Qualify
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or Economics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of business development experience, preferably in e-commerce, retail or technology within Saudi Arabia.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills.
- Results-driven with focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Adaptable, proactive and willing to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
