Position: Business Development Executive
Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our growing team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving sales growth. This role requires a strong understanding of the metals trading market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the metals trading sector, focusing on both local and international markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close deals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales contracts and deliveries.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to represent the company and generate leads.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably within the metals trading or commodities sector.
- Strong understanding of metals trading markets, including pricing dynamics and supply chain.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Fluency in English is essential; knowledge of other languages, especially Arabic and French, is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
