The Opportunity
Our Saudi team is looking for a
Business Development Associate (BDA) to help identify needs for language training in some of Saudi Arabia's biggest companies. A successful candidate is self-motivated, has a nothing is impossible mindset and is eager to build a career in a rapidly growing and innovative education company.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect new clients and gather valuable market intelligence
- Make outbound calls to senior executives to meet sales and meeting goals
- Partner with Account Managers to create customized plans for sales territories, supporting the sales cycle and driving urgency
- Collaborate with internal teams and colleagues around the world to drive the sales process
- Track all activities in Salesforce and ensure contact information is up to date
- Recruit clients to webinars and events
The Skills & Experience We Look For
- 2 years B2B business development experience
- Strong relational skills and influencing skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Mastery of Arabic language and intermediate-level English
- Experience working in education and/or with HR stakeholders is a plus
- Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus
- Passion for learning, both for yourself and, on a bigger scale, for organization
