Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales role, as a Business Development Associate in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Business Development Associates will be responsible for lead generation, market research, and effective communication. They will also be expected to deliver presentations and eventually close potential clients on our exclusive projects based in Pakistan.

Qualifications

• Strong presentation skills
• Ability to generate leads and conduct market research
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
• Fluency in English and Urdu is required
• Proven Selling Skills
• Knowledge of Pakistan's geography
• Ability to work well in a team environment
