Help AG is looking for an experienced and skillful Business Development Coordinator who will play an important role in various operational and administrative tasks to support Sales team in achieving the sales targets and to build and maintain relationships with clients.
Responsibilities
Manage supplier portals accounts.
Review and prepare documentation required for supplier registrations.
Access customer portals on a regular basis to review published tenders, purchase orders and other relevant notifications for the company.
Support the Sales team in preparation of tender documentation and submission of tenders online/hardcopies.
Review and maintain the CRM sanity.
Deal Registrations on vendor portals and follow ups (internal and external).
Respond to phone and email enquiries.
Liaising with the customers to follow up on pending contracts/Purchase Orders.
Follow up with Business Development Managers on status of submitted proposals.
Monitor renewal opportunities in CRM and follow up with Business Development Managers regarding renewal proposals submitted.
Preparation of responses for customer/sales teams ad-hoc requests.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet customer requirements.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports based on the requirements.
Monitor the processes and systems and propose improvements.
Qualification & Skills
Bachelors degree in business administration.
Proven work experience as a Sales/ Business Development coordinator or similar role.
Prior experience in working with KSA based IT system integrators/ cybersecurity service providers is preferrable.
Thorough understanding of sales operations processes (CRM management, deal registrations, supplier portal management).
Ability to understand and grasp business processes and activities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Arabic.
Highly organized and detail oriented.
Ability to multi-task with a positive attitude.
Flexible work approach, based on the job requirements.
Team Player with strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate well with others.
Excellent proficiency in MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, Dynamics CRM).
